How can I get my life insurance policy from my psychotic mother?
ONLY SERIOUS ANSWERS! I'M SICK OF THE TROLLS!
Long story short, she is a hoarder with mental problems. She raised me in that filth until I left. She refuses to transfer my policy to me, and she is NOT above murdering-for-hire.
If I forge her signature, I could face prison time. She has a lengthy prison record of forgery, so there's a chance of me winning if I forge and she takes me to court over it.
What do I do? I can't sit around waiting for her or her henchmen to murder me. She also forged my father's policy to herself while they were married, but now they are divorced.
You cannot reason with her, she is nuts. I tried, I called her to ask for them, she lost her sh!t and hung up.
What are my other options? Btw I'm 29.

A. Contact the insurance company.
They can tell you what hoops to jump thru.
Then contact an Attorney and have them help you navigate the hoops.

You might be tried of trolls but it would be SOOOOOOOO much more helpful if you explained the situation not complain about your mother being a horder:
For example (the only thing I can guess that your story means):
My mother purchased a child life insurance policy for me.
She won't transfer it to me.
I'm 29 and would like to get it transferred to an adult policy
How can I find out the information to do this?

It depends on what the policy as taken out for. If it is a life insurance policy that pays upon your death, you cannot collect on it. If she has mental issues, she may not have kept up on the payments, and it was cancelled.. Contact an attorney and let him work it out.

Since you are both alive, not sure why you are so worried about life insurance? You have way more to deal with than insurance. You need to move one with your anger towards your mother. Until you do, you will be miserable and full of hate. Not easy I am sure, but you should get some counseling.

If it's YOUR life insurance, then it was sent to YOU.
It's not your policy - it's hers. You have no right to that policy. There's absolutely nothing you can do.
Your other option, is to sever all ties with her, and move away so she can't find you.
