Help me! Im adopting weird behaviors!?

So lately ive been adopting weird behaviors. Ive been doing some "actions" because if i dont do these certain actions, something bad will happen to me. What i mean by "something bad", it can be anything between getting a bad mark on a very important test, having my parents mad at me or being in a car accident or being killed at a young age. The "actions" ive been doing have been like, turning the water on and off three or four times, looking at myself in the mirror at night before i go to bed for minutes, or checking the hour of my ipod for several times. Sometimes i would put one my little earings (the ones that are meant to be pierced ) INSIDE my ear, and take it out. i do a bit more actions like thAt. I feel like these actions are my kind of supersticions, and if i dont do them, i might have something bad happen to me (like i mentionned before).

Deep down i know these " actions " are irrelevant to what will happen in my future, and they wont impact my future. But i still do them.

**And i need you guys' advice in your opinion of that story, and what i can do to stop these behaviors (dont say " GO TO A PSYCOLOGIST"cause i wont.)

**ALSO these behaviors have started a little more then a few days, a little after watching 4 or the Saw movies. Ive been wondering if the horror movies have an impact on my behavior, or of its normal that i act like that.

Please answer seriously! I wont tolerate mean or insensitive answers.:(

    Yes it sounds like OCD. Get help from a shrink or a social worker. ASAP.

    Well, it sounds like a mild form of OCD. (Obsessive compulsive disorder). I have a mild form myself. I have to count to five if i think of something bad that way what I was thinking wouldnt happen in real life. If it starts to interfer with your daily life you might go see a psychiatrist, but if it's not, then you might just learn to control it the best you can.

    Cognitive behavioural therapy seems to work well for that though. Don't worry, just do it, it's not bad, you'll get better.
