NO
Bala sharks need a group of 5 and 200 gallons
Clown loach must be kept in a Minimum Group of 5 and will out grow that tank .they are slow growing but will need at least 300 gallons .
The Discus do Better in a species only tank .
Angel fish if a pair will chase and kill any other fish if they are a pair and Breed and spawn .
The corys and the Parrot fish are the only ones that are ok .but i would add another 2 Cory .

I'm concerned for the bala shark, as the bala is a schooling fish. Please make sure if possible you add more bala sharks.
The rest seems okay but is more dependant on what kind of filtration you have. Best of luck,

I'm not sure if the discus would do well with the parrot cichlids. Parrots are pretty aggressive, and may be harmful to the discus. I guess you could try it though
