How to report your company without effected yourself?
Company is flouting and not following UAE labor law, making their own laws by threatening their employees saying if you don't like it sign here and go..............
Don't pay benefits, don't give paid leave as by contract, don't give ticket, don't give health insurance, etc,etc..........
How an employee can report such a company at Labor Office without effected by the wrath of that company?
EDIT: Company is already known in MoL because of several cases like not complying with the WPS and quota is refused several times, because of other issues.
In 1 year there were 3 labor court cases................................
@H: Most employees from Pakistani origin are recruited in Pakistan itself so they know nothing about the UAE [labor] Law. Every 6 months the labor list is cleared of absconding people. Half are still in UAE, half in Pakistan [left on emergency leave and don't return]
So it are not only Indian who misusing their countryman, believe me Pakistani are much wors!
Labor contract is standard according UAE labor law with everything 2e party. At canceling or leaving company employee has to sign labor cancellation without knowing WHAT they sign, so afterwards claiming not receiving ticket or benefits is in vain............................

Just tell them you do not want to be identified , and ask them to send an inspector . Your boss will never know you reported it , they will think it is routine MOL inspection. Tell all your colleagues to also make separate reports to MOL so they have enough to go on.
The health insurance law is / will be implemented as per local Dubai govt. regulations it is not federal. This is going to take some time , may be by end on this year as they are enforcing it in stages.

Some violations like e.g. not paying salaries through the WPS system can easily reported to the Mol anonyoumlesy because it's easy to check this out without any employee's name. But how to proof an employee getting threated, breaching contracts, etc. without the employee's statement?
What is stated in the work contracts with MoL? That's what MoL goes by in case of any disputes. In case a few employees are effected, get together and file a complaint together. This way the company risks that no new work permits will be issued and the company will be downgraded beside getting fined. Let the management know this and see how they react.
At the end - who wants to work for a company like this anyway?
edit: I do understand the dilemma but......what to do when people sign papers without knowing what they sign? Then of course it's very difficult to file a complaint afterwards.

Seriously though , Im sure you can go the labor office and make a complaint and request they keep your name out of it
But Im afraid that the best approach I suspect is for the affected employees to make the complaint themselves
