What do you consider the best brand of chain saw and why do you think that?

    Husqvarna. Good power for good price. Not as easy to service as Stihl. Have had four Huskies, friends have them. Good for homeowner, depending upon size of trees being cut (horsepower).

    My professional logging friends all use Stihl because they're easier to work on in the field. Local saw shop is pushing the Dolmar brand as being very reliable.

    Also still have the Craftsman saw I bought in 1985 for a hurricane. Runs like a top.

    Stihl Have had Mine for many Years and never any problems.
