When you go on your profile, you have 5% of best answers which you can click. You have it for the question What are some good books I can read?. http://answers.yahoo.com/activity?show=OPCJYQZPFZS...
You can add contacts from moving over the avatar and click Follow.
They must be allowing that or won't say follow. They can add you too if you allow it.
