What is causing cancer and birth defects in Iraqis?

Its to do with the weapons America use such as white phosphorus and other nuclear weapons which are illegal under international law (but international law does not apply to America) What America has done is Iraq is not fight a war but commit genocide. These are the things you don't hear in the media.

Seriously though. Iran has been their mortal enemy for a long time. They have plenty of radioactive, and other toxic, waste to dispose of. And a history of using chemical waepons which need to be disposed of. But there are laws preventing it's exportation. And there's their age old enemy right next door. It would look so conveniently look like the US did it too.
