No. It's just a harmless picture. I wouldn't say it's blasphemous since it's not comparing Jesus to Satan or something, just a little silly.

It isn't really mocking Jesus. It's mocking the guy who built the Eiffel Tower, or at least that's what it looks like to me, so I'd say no. However if you have to ask, I'd tread cautiously.
