Current fastest smartphone?
I'm wondering out of curiosity, which smartphone has the fastest operating speed (in terms of internet/app speed etc) to date? It has to be one of the DROID RAZR phones right?

A few others have already chimed in on CPUs. This can impact the speed certain things happen ON the phone. Video or still image capture, application behavior on the phone... As for "fastest internet" that would be any phone that uses an LTE radio to connect to the service provider. And while that LTE radio chip contains standards based instruction processing, some service providers provide faster throughput than others. The real network speed tests are "overall" and the individual models need to all be on the same network for a fair comparison... I could very easily show you two of the same phone on two different networks and one phone being "faster" than the other.

Edit: the Razr phones aren't anywhere close in CPU benchmarks. Also, in terms of touch response the iPhone is much quicker than the average android phone.
