It depends entirely on the similarity of the tissue that your lungs have to your Dad's. You can give one by all means, but if your tissues dont match up, it will only be rejected and wasted. Ask a surgeon or doctor to test to see if you can.

NO. No matter what age this is something you will always have the option to do so or not. Honestly, I would give my parents a lung of mine. But If you don't want to, then don't. What are they gonna do? Hold you down, drug you, cut out your internal organ, sow you up then make you pay a medical bill.
