When do you say no? I need career advice :'(?

I work for a non profit agency serving individuals with disabilities

I get paid 11 bucks an hour to drive within a 30-40 mile radius and I am not happy with where I am.

The pay is remedial and with a college degree I know I can do better. How do you handle complicated situation on the work place? It's too much and living in the DC area I simply cannot afford to drive all over the place

That's not a complicated situation. It's just a situation where you're bein taken advantage of. You need a new job.

Are you not being paid so much a mile for each mile you drive for the agency? If not, then your

vehicle is suffering a lot of wear and tear at your expense. Either be compensated or quit.

Will you be able to afford a new vehicle?
