Showing fear through artwork?

So I have to do an art project for "fear". I am not quite sure of any ideas on how to show it but can you guys come up with any?

example: My friend was going to pretty much do a drawing with only black and red to show fear, someone else was going to have 13 cards (unlucky number) and show different types of fear like arachnophobia and fear of heights.

Any other ideas?

Update:

Oh and also the artwork can be in any art form except for painting/watercolors. So drawings, fashion, statue, sculpture, pipe cleaners, clay, etc.

Oh and it can't be something really simple like just drawing one spider and that's it. It has to look like something that took a couple of hours.

    I would cover the convas with varying splotcges of red, black and grey.
