Solar dust tubes form by gravity in space . Can they be pulled by earth's gravity to dump on us?

Hydrogen and dust are at very low temperatures in the solar dust tubes. How can a solar flare leave dust in space? Why would the dust gather together into tubes out in space? Would a solar dust tube become heavier ?

Where did you hear about these "solar dust tubes"? I've been into astronomy for decades and have never heard the term, and a search in Google and Wikipedia turns up no references to them. Do you have a link?
