Indents/Margins trouble in MS 2010?

I have written a 300 word document in MS 2010, but many of my paragraphs are off the margin set up. I'm having massive issues trying to get everything to line up and I really want this to be a sharp looking document. How can I fix this without line item going through and fixing every paragraph one by one.

    Use paragraph styles.

The first thing to do is to format the document margins to give you the internal space you want on the page. Then format the paragraph style (menu item Format | Style…), and start a New style. Click on the Format button and select Paragraph. You will be able to select left and right margins and indents.

When you have saved the new format you can apply it to your document paragraphs.
