How much truth in what he says? Could use guys' help...?

I am a 22 year old college senior livin in a small island, he is a 33 y-o-American business man, came on a business trip to my island. We met each other for 10 minutes at the mall and had a little talk, then he took my number. Around 4 days later he texted me saying he has been thinking about me and wanted to see me. A week later we had been on our first date.

FIRST DATE: He was 30 minutes late, I excused him that he's here on this island to work, not to date, never blamed him for that meanwhile I was waiting alone in the mall. We went to a movie and to Starbucks afterwards. So on that day I got to hear a lot about him and do a little talking about myself, men just love to talk about themselves... Bottom line is I got that he makes a lot of money, and he's proud of that, and the abs he used to have... At the end of the day he walked me to my car, hugged me tightly. Same night later he texted me saying he misses me, sending his hugs and kisses.

He also talked about how a commitment guy he is and his thoughts of mirage. He was matching us up.

2ND DATE: Met in a restaurant, never ate anything cuz he had a last minute meeting came up a 45mins after our date! Just had refreshments. A friend of his passed by and sat with us for like 7 minutes talking about some business, I just laughed and nodded. My date mentioned me with "FIANCE" here, ofc his friend knows that I'm only a fresh gf, but was he just being sweet and joking? Because the rest of the date was all about our relationship, and he brought his plans of marriage and asked me about mine.

He got late for his meeting bcuz he seemed to enjoy our tight-on-time date - lol, my win here - then walked me to my car and this time - he kissed me,

What is worthy to mention THAT HE IS LEAVING THE NEXT DAY.

He's going back to America for business, but I also know for sure that he is coming back to my island because of an investment he did. 3 months later.

He wanted a FAR DISTANCE RELATIONSHIP, but when i told him to keep it OPEN until he gets back, he was actually pissed off.

I THOUGHT THAT I AM JUST A QUICK, PASSING BY RELATIONSHIP, BUT HE SEEM TO WANT MORE.

He didn't call me for those two weeks that I knew him, texted me a little, and always told me that wanted to see me and have me close to him.

SO I am analyzing what he says / what he does. Verbally: he's the sweetest. Actions: sexual tendencies. Emotionally: Never calls, late reply on whatsup, how come I am on mind?

It is just said that guys sometimes know that it is "the one" right away and he already told me I am his woman over and over, and that he is my man. Is he serious? Is he really looking at me like a future wife or just toying me to enjoy my sweet side?
