Jimmy Carter has some likable qualities where Obama has none. Carter ended the airline monopoly and he cut costs through austerity. Like I said Carter was way better than Obama even if many see him as doing a poor job. Obama has done nothing but create misery and abuse his power. Carter never abused his power he was just clueless.
