Not only that but I have been taking hard classes which is very hard and require a lot of hard work every day, right now I reached a point where I'm so depressed, sad, angry and want to start a fight with every one, I cant stand people I lost my patience, I feel a lot of negative changes Happened in my personality. I dont know whether its from school may be ?!! because I don't do anything other than studying all day everyday I dont go out I dont have fun. Or may be I just got depressed. I really don't know what happened I need help please if u have read these dont leave without writing what u think I should do

Your school should have a health office or clinic that can refer you to a counselor/therapist, I would start with that. It does sound like you are kind of depressed, I would guess that just studying all the time has something to do with it but I'm not an expert or anything.

If it's still possible at this point in the semester talk to someone at your school about lowering your courseload (drop a class or two if necessary) so you can have a bit more free time, and also figure out some things to do outside of schoolwork at least a couple days a week. If you don't know a lot of people/have a lot of friends maybe join some type of non-academic group or club at your school so you can meet some new people.

may be its burnout. You are human afterall, but dont for a second think its isnt worth it. Your work ethic will pay off immensely. But i suggest you take a day or two;s break and forget about everything.
