Injury to Semitendinosus tendon not healing?

I got this injury while doing sprints back in October, after that I didn't do anything for about 3 weeks then I did some sprints and I didn't feel any pain, but in early December I had to walk long distance and I felt that pain and while I was walking and it was very sore the next day, I've been stretching it every night for the past 2 weeks and it not doing anything actually I think it could be making it worse, what should I do cause I've been pretty much resting since the injury happened, what's wrong with it? What can I do?

Update:

Should I continue stretching it

Update 2:

Thanks but I need to heal the injury not pain relief

you can solve the probleme with tens unit pads

A tens unit is a medical device used to decrease pain. It does so with tiny electric shocks. It is a Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulator. These tiny shocks direct the nerves attention away from the painful sight so that it is less painful. No it is not a sex toy. It should not be used by people with epilepsy or a seizure disorder. It Should never be used on the head or neck, on broken skin, near or on the eyes, in the mouth, or areas with decreased sensation or numbness.

You may have torn your ligament and would have to go to an orthopedist to diagnosis. He will xray it and do an MRI. Go to a Sports medicine ortho guy. If it is a ligament then surgery is the only way to repair it.
