Occupational Therapy?
Has anyone here undergone occupational therapy and if so, what were your experiences with it? Did you benefit much from it and what exactly was involved?

I had some pain in the back, because I had to do some work frequently bending too low. So doctor told me I had to the work sitting correctly and had 5 sessons of theray for my back. It was classified Occupational Therapy and my insurance paid for it.
