How do I tell my friend her relationship is moving too fast?

First some background information. We have been friends since grade school. Basically been through everything together. She has been dating this guy for maybe 2 months, and she brings him everywhere. The only time she even tries to hang out or talk to me is when he is at work. I already never get to see her because she goes to college 2 hours away. My concern is that they are moving too fast. They spend the night with each other, and "fool around". She has been saving herself for marriage up until this point. I am afraid he is just looking to accomplish the task of taking her virginity. They have already participated in oral and manual sex. She claims she is still a virgin, but i'm not sure for how long. I am engaged to be married and I have always managed to make time for her, i don't see why she can't dot he same for me. Also she makes posts on facebook about how wonderful he is, and just annoying ":lovey dovey" statuses all the time. I am afraid she is moving too fast and i don't want her to get hurt. I think she is having trouble juggling a new relationship and keeping an old friendship alive.. I need to know how to tell her that she is moving too fast, without starting a fight.
