Okay, you actually have much more than you need.the Springy bar is a thigh master, Suzann Summer sold them on an info-merical. The Medicine ball is used by two people throwing it at each other and catching it by stopping it with your stomach, or one person laying on his back and tossing it in the air and have it land on your stomach, that is reason for the heavier ball being softer. What you need to complete your workout equipment is a 2"x4"x3' board that you put the balls of your feet on then rise up lifting your heels higher than the balls of your feet and then lowering your heels back to the floor. oh and the weight belt is not for diving....they are right about the ankle weights

Get rid of the ankle weights or use them for something else. Using ankle weights when kicking is a great way to knee surgery and then you will need that walker.

Apparently Liondancer beat me too my answer. Dump the ankle weights.
