I wonder if like Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, Simple Mobile, or MetroPCS charge for SIm cards....
Do they also charge for Activation too?
if yes to both or at least one questions, How much is the minimum cost?

MetroPCS specifically charges $10 + tax for their SIM cards. I'm pretty sure they all do. Activation for MetroPCS is free, if activated online.

I don't know about extra SIM card cost, but Activation or access to SIM codes to change your provider runs between $25 and $50 depending upon who your current provider is.
