No. That would only be true if Republicans did not spend three years doing everything they could to obstruct President Obama's agenda. Obama can't fail if Republicans never let him try.

I thought that the Republican argument was that government doesn't create jobs.
However when they want to blame the president for something then all of a sudden it's because the president failed to do something.
