I have a question about fusible webbing.?

I inherited some fabrics with the webbing ironed on one side. Is there a way to remove it, so I can use it without fusing the fabric to another fabric?

I doubt it. Even if you heat then remove it, most of the glue will stay on the fabric. Though you can get it off the fabric, with some difficulty depending on the type of fusible webbing you used.
