Extracting pictures from a cellphone?

I have a Galaxy S-2 phone. I occasionally take pictures with the phone.

But I forgot how to get the pictures OUT of the phone to the computer. Help!

Update:

Jessica--I'm already e-mailing them to myself. I connected my phone to the computer, but forgot how to transfer them.

    Connet the phone to the computer and just transfer them

    Or just email yourself the pictures and open your email from your computer then download them
