Cancellation of Mobile phone contracts?
I have a contract with 3. I live in Suffolk and there are many areas where there is no 3 coverage. Is my contract enforceable, in that they are not providing a good service

Common sense you don't sign up with 3 if you live out in the sticks..
Unless you can't get a signal at a place where you asked if there was a signal (home or work) and they said yes there was, then no chance at all of cancelling, unless you are within the cooling-off period & it was distance selling.
