    $30 * 40 = $1,200 * 52 = $62,400

    $30*1.5 * 20 = $900 OT pay * 12 = $10,800

Total: $73,200 per year for 40 hrs per wk & 20 hrs OT per month

I'd go with the salary of $72k since OT is not guaranteed.

How many hours would you work for the $72,000 a year? If it is more than 190 then stick with the $30 per hour. If it is less than 190 hours per month then take the $72,000
