Not in and of itself.
And, I'm wondering if you are misreading, or reading something besides the policy. Homeowners policies don't list the doors in the house. A replacement cost calculator might, but they aren't usually attached to the policy.

Probably. Your agent was possibly too lazy to describe the level of quality in your home. The software then takes the itemization, along with the age of the home and the area to determine the likely replacement cost of the home. You should check the other amenities and correct anything to help assess the accurate replacement cost. Solid oak doors cost about 4 times (or more) as much as hollow birch doors do - therefore, the program is probably assuming that your replacement cost is much higher than it really is. The higher the estimated replacement cost = the higher the premiums.

What really matters is does the replacement cost (dwelling amount) enough to cover rebuilding the home?
That is the important thing. Make sure the dwelling amount is enough to rebuild.
