my 99 dodge ram pulls to right an has Lil roar you can hear when you slow down but if you listen close wile driving you can still hear it had small vibration in steering

    It could be an alignment and tire issue, do you see uneven wear (cupping) on the tires? This happens more on 4wd vehicles. It could also be a wheel bearing beginning to fail.

    did you check the wheel bearings ? you might have one worn !
