Help me with my data plan please? iPhone 4S?

I have a 3GB data plan, and even without me using the internet and on my phone it says 2.7GB used, it sends me a message saying I went over. How can I help fix this? I can't seem to not use it so don't just say stop using it or get a new plan. No other options

    Your data usage of 2.7gb means you ARE using the internet, some apps use the internet so you need to check all your apps. Do call you mobile phone carrier if you are still confused.
