Are they going to persist in having a Test Match World cup?
They scheduled it for 2013, then they changed to 2017 which now looks likely to be cancelled. They should have a knockout tournament to decide who is number 1 in England the home of Cricket. It is the pinnacle of first class cricket in my opinion.

I hope not. The ranking system may not be the best but it is the best we have. Five day tests over a short period of time. It wouldn't work. Weather would take its toll. Some teams go better at home so they would be disadvantaged.

cricket is going to be run by the three major nations, Australia , India and England.
i think that is a good idea, because they are the best cricket teams and also the richest. so the test world cup's fate will be decided by those 3 countries
