First find an internet connection (wifi or modem)
2nd: Go to Google Play or if you don't have one Download it on your phone.
3rd: Open Google Play
4th: Search Downloading applications (for music, videos, etc.) and download them.
5th: enjoy downloading your favorite music, movies, ringtones etc.
Tip: I recommend downloading MX music player and MX video player since it can support multiple file formats of downloaded medias.

Music -- Rip it off Youtube
Movies -- Torrents
Ringtones -- Music or any other sound you want ripped off youtube
