Do you have a music idol?

Jimi Hendrix, because he's the reason I started learning the guitar. Jimmy Page also had a major effect on me as well because he got me hooked into the whole classic rock genre.

I go more for lyrics when it comes to music unless the melody is really great like nirvana's music. But it's between 3 for me

John lennon - I love his lyrics and melodies and for me, working class hero is the best song ever written

Kurt cobain - because nirvana had fantastic tunes

Alex turner (arctic monkeys) - because he's from my area he makes modern lyrics which I can relate to.

Those are just my opinions anyway :)

i would say Michael Paget of Bullet For My Valentine because he is so influential in my playing. I was so inspired by him I actually bought his signature guitar model. Im 17 and I spent all my money on his guitar. He is very influential in my own attempts to write songs as well.
