More caffeine in the morning, is it good?
I'm person who goes to work very early to work. I get up 5am and always trying to go sleep 10pm (but that no always work for me cause habit going 1am to sleep). So in the morning I'm very sleepy. Every morning I drink 2 coffee and it is not enaugh and there is no time for more coffee. I have access to the lab. They use caffeine in their research. Can I eat HPLC quality caffeine? What would be dose for me (my weight 154lbs)?
Also I hear that taurine is more quicker effect. Lab this chemical syntesising themselves and purifying in methanol. I don't want to get drunk, our security is very harsh for that. What should be concentration of the methanolic solution of taurine to make be active and not drunk. Does it will taste good?
ALse with this can it make me too much active. I don't want become workaholic, I have a family.
