Its an article about every child which will be born from May 2014 are going to be microchipped. Sounds pretty bizarre.

Obviously it's fake. If it were real, you wouldn't only see this on some weird obscure website on a far flung corner on the internet.

It's fake, 1 thing is protected, more in Europe, than in any other Continent on Earth, the right to be an individual.
So Europe is literally the last Continent where this could happen.

In many hospitals every baby is fitted with a 'lo-jack' so if the kid is removed from the hospital by an unauthorized person an alarm sounds. Maybe this is where the story started.

This story has been floating around for decades. Wasn't true in 1984, not true now.
