Arsene Wenger unhappy about Chelsea selling Mata to United?

....Cole, Toure, Van Persie, Clichy, Nasri and Adebayor all wanted to leave...Wenger's policy is not to keep players that can disrupt the squad, only time he ever did it was when Fabregas was about to leave in 2010.

Besides, what Wenger is specifically doing is, expressing his frustration at Mourinho indirectly. As we all know what he's done. Chelsea will not play United again till next season.....and selling Mata to them, may not put them back in the top 4, but could well revive their form and encourage Arsenal, City and Liverpool to drop points as we all still have United to play. Wenger isn't an idiot, he knows what Mourinho is doing, I saw it minutes after the bid was accepted.

Effectively, Mourinho is using Manchester United to try and take the top spot...quite genius really...even if he might damage his man management reputation further

Edit: @Smoke me a kipper-That's your right, it's only my opinion and I was just stating what Wenger is thinking, as it is what he is thinking. But put it this way...Chelsea didn't accept the bid and talk with United until they beat them last Sunday.

Godolski is right mate.It's a common Moronhio tactic.He loaned out Lukaku for similar reasons,as he can't be played against chelsea.He is short-sighted,he would rather win the title this season and worry about next season later.Wenger has been complaining about this loophole for quite a while now and has repeatedly requested to remove the winter transfer window but to no avail.

Chelsea aen't United rivals though, Chelsea's rivals are Arsenal and Manchester City, United's rivals are Newcastle, Hull and West Brom
