I need help making friends.?

I moved to Fayettville NC about 4 months ago and I still have no friends. My sister is engaged to an army guy and because I'm always watching her kid (no joke he lives with me and not her) she and her fiancé set me up with a friend. That did not work out. He was crazy. Not even the fun kind of crazy. I mean get up and go to the bathroom and come back and he's masterbating on your couch crazy. That actually happened. And I'm not saying I need a man. I'm just saying I would like to find a friend who isn't my mom, sister, or 2 year old. Help?

Hi Krystal, 4 months is quite a bit of time but the reality is you wont really find friends babysitting , if you want to find friends try getting a job and you'll come to find that maybe your co-workers are some interessting people you find easy to pass time with or if work is not an option go to some conventions you find interesting in your local area . Friends become friends because they got similar interessts or personalitys . I don't know if your a shy or outgoing person , if you like video games or not and or if you watch doctor who every week so, you should just blur out things you like in conversations and see who has similar interests to you . The last option is online dating sites and believe me they do work , my uncle has been happly married for like 12 years cause of one but I recommend you check out your local area first . Hope this helped and hope you find some friends.... Word of advice , stay as far away from masturbating Micheal as you can .

Maybe take the 2 yr old to some sort of toddler group? It's a good excuse to meet new people, and parents or carers aren't usually crazies. And you can go out without leaving the kid alone. It's only a suggestion, I'm sorry I couldn't be more helpful.
