Here is a description of the most recent episode of Pretty Little Liars which aired on Tuesday, January 21st, 2014.
Season 04 Episode 16 titled "Close Encounters": "After losing Ali's journal Aria, Emily, Hanna and Spencer go after A and try to take back the journal. Spencer is informed by her father that Jason has started drinking problems again. Aria has a hard time ending things with Jake, who later see Ezra screaming at some woman. When Jake told Aria that he saw Ezra, when she asks him, Ezra lies by saying he met Maggie's lawyer. Shanna returns from Georgia and reveals to Emily that she and Ali had been friends since they were younger, and that she had been using Jenna in order to protect her. Emily later meets Ali but when Spencer goes after Emily, Ali runs away. Spencer finds out that Jessica DiLaurentis is a part of the board of Radley and just when she informs Toby, he decides to end his mom's case. Hanna has a moment with Travis and finally gets over her relationship with Caleb."
