I can very well understand your problem as I have been through it. I used Nature Secrets Hot Oil for Dry and Damaged Hair Wheat & Coconut from Oriflame and it worked wonders for me. Use it twice a week and it will make your hair grow and also make them soft and shiny. It is a great product and has given me great results, you must also try it.

Hair only grows 1/2 an inch a month, if you've damaged the follicle that the hair sprouts from, your likely to have trouble growing hair from that follicle again.

You're going to need a good regimen for your hair. SO many ideas here but I can tell you you may try some of those and find them to have a terrible outcome for yourself. However it could also work well.
First get a hair cut and then talk to the hairdresser about some fantastic hydrating ideas. Don't go to a chain salon because they just try to offload their mass produced products. I find private hair dressers to be the best for this. They aren't under contracts with brand names to promote particular products and they are more willing to give you fantastic advice I find.
There definitely could be a fantastic natural solution out there for you. I myself am using hairdresser products but hey they work for me.

Do you have a Walgreens? If so go buy Mane N Tail shampoo and conditioner. It IS for humans and makes hair really healthy and strong. It made my hair grow really fast as well and I dye mine all the time.

Have you gotten any haircuts since you bleached it?
If not, you NEED a haircut. Your hair is badly damaged and breaking. The damage DOES travel up the strand. You need to start fresh.

Coconut oil (the sort that can be used for cooking). Melt it in the microwave, put a little on your hair, on your brush while you brush, and your hair will really appreciate it.
