College, career, married, kids, travel?

I know I want to get out and see the world, but I understand in my situation that it may take a while. However, I'm happy where I am, so long as where I'll be very soon will be Chicago and what I'll be doing is taking community college lessons and finding acting work. I hope to get into a university, but it'll be easier on the cost if we move to Chicago first and wait it out for a year until getting residency...and in the meantime, building up my resume never hurts.

As far as the way way future, kids and marriage and all that, I'm not sure. I'd love to end up with someone, of course, but marriage doesn't exactly tie-in with that; if they don't want marriage I'd be happy not to. Same with kids, because there are a lot of good, fun, wonderful people who still have lifestyles that can't accommodate raising babies. Most of my future is going to be centered around my job, or the jobs that I find, but I'm prepared to live with that uncertainty because it's the most fun job in the world.

College and career, I'm not completely sure. I actually don't care very much, as long as I can get a job that pays enough so I can support myself, has hours that I can work with, and isn't something that I absolutely despise (which would probably be like, an office job.)

I don't want to get married. I'm not interested in relationships. If somehow I might ever end up in a relationship, I might have one kid. But not more than one. There's way too many people in this world already, I figure I should just do my part and not breed. Plus I have illness that could be passed on to my child, and I wouldn't want another person to suffer with the same problems I have.

As for travel, I'm fine staying where I am. I was born and raised here, so it's home. It kind of saddens me because all my friends want to get out of here. It's not exactly the most beautiful place (It's actually has the worst air pollution in the country last time I checked...) but I tend to enjoy things other people hate. I would at some point, like to go on a really long road trip with like a trailer or a van, probably through Nevada or Arizona (I live in California) with my best friend who I've known for like 7 years, and maybe some other friends. And I will probably NEVER have the chance to do this, but it would be awesome to visit Japan :3

    For the most part yes.

I'm a high school senior so it's kind of been beat into me since the start of this year that I need to know what I want with my life.

College: I applied to 11 schools. I know the area I want to be in (they are all in one area) but really not sure what my top is.

Career: Elementary education, hopefully double majoring in special education OR getting my masters in special ed.

Married: I have no idea. I'm not a real girlygirl so I don't think about like wedding and dresses and stuff, but I would like to be married by 30.

Kids: I want a lot of kids, hopefully some from adoption. I don't know how many I could handle but I'd love to have at least 5.

Travel: This sounds odd, but I've always wanted to do the RV, travel the whole country thing.

    College: Yes

    Career: Search and rescue technician

Married: Probably not, I don't really believe in marriage.

    Kids: I'd love 1 or 2

Travel: I want to travel to a lot of countries

College: Absolutely. I have only heard back from two schools so far, but I should be hearing back from the others pretty soon. They say by April 1st, but I am hoping they get back to me sooner rather than later. On the plus side, the two schools I heard back from are the two I am considering the most. One is less than 30 minutes away from my house, whereas the other is in a completely different state. I am leaning more towards the out of state school, but it would be a lot cheaper to go to the one much closer, especially when you consider the fact that I would be living at home. The one closer than me is a pretty solid university and I have a cousin who went there and have heard nothing but good things about it, but I would also like to live on my own. I'm going to wait until I hear back from the other schools I applied to and make my decision then, but I am defiantly going to college.

Career: I want to be an elementary and/or special education teacher.

Married: I would love to get married in the future.

Kids: I would also like to have children in the future.

Travel: I have never left the country, so that is something I would love to do. Before I do that, I want to take a road trip around the United States. I have only been to a handful of states and I would like to see more of my own country before traveling to a completely different one.

I'm a bit older than most of the people in the Adolescent section (Actually, I might be the oldest now as it doesn't look like Schrodinger's Cat or Cali All Day! come on anymore). I'm 20. I graduated from high school in December of 2011. I got sent to community college against my will in August of 2012. I dropped out in May of 2013, moved in with my long-distance boyfriend in Texas, and got married in August of 2013. He's in the military for a couple more years. We're not planning on having children in the near future and we may not be able to have children at all, as I'm a carrier of Tay Sachs Disease.

I am considering going back to school this fall *gasp*. I'm thinking about becoming a registered nurse. I've always been a science-y type person and the human body fascinates me. I think I'd do quite well in a medical related field. And there's the added bonus of being able to get a job anywhere the military takes my husband and I. It's an all around logical choice.

College: Yes, I'd love to go.

    Career: Not sure yet.

Marriage: I'm scared to find love/get married but it's one of the things I long for most in life, so probably.

Children: All my life I've said I want lots of children, but now I'm not so sure. The idea of being responsible for a fragile human being is so foreign to me that I'm not sure I can do it. Maybe that will change. If I do have kids I want to give birth once (Just to experience it) and adopt the rest.

Travel: God, I'd love to travel.

The most important thing is being happy and finding purpose.

I would love to go to Bronx Community College (I live in NYC), and graduate with a Bachelor's degree, and become a Registered Nurse (an RN).

I'd love to marry a Puerto Rican boy, and have 6 children (hey, I'm an only child & I love kids lol) , I want 4 daughters, and 2 sons!

I'd love to travel! I've been traveling and going on vacations with my parents since I was like 7yrs old, so I hope when I'm older I could do that with my husband and my kids! Traveling with your husband and your children is such an amazing beautiful experience, and I really hope and pray I'll be able to do that.

I'd want to travel EVERYWHERE! Jamaica, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Barbados, Brazil, Italy, Spain, Persia, Arabia etc. !!!

    OMG, I can't wait :)

Yup, traveling is in my blood. I know that I will probably go to college, will most likely major in computer science or some kind of engineering/math. Career-wise, I want something that's flexible. I would probably eventually get married but kids, I'm thinking of just adopting a kid.

Well I'm already in college and am studying to be a High School English Teacher who will hopefully get a chance to help out in the High School's Drama Program (because I'm minoring in Theatre). I also really hope to one day write a series of sci-fi books that I am currently working on, so that's a dream of mine that I'm really working at. I really want to get married, but I'd just settle for any relationship right now. And it is absolutely a dream of mine to have children, I love kids so much. I want to travel as much as possible but I detest flying so we'll see how that works out.
