Well, this is ghetto talk, very bad English, regular people don't talk like that. So...this is considered slang.
I like him/noticed him, he likes/noticed me.
He is attracted to me, I am attracted to him.
But please, don't talk like that, people will think you are not intelligent. I guess you just want to understand the song.
