Y&R: Do you think the last few scenes with Billy and Adam are a dishonor to the actors who portray them?
Oh, please don't get me wrong. I think these guys are phenomenal actors!!!!
However, the story line and how it's all unfolding is so pathetic.
Shame shame shame on Y&R's PTB.

Yes it is a dishonor, Adam/MM down on his knees and Billy taking matters into his own hands ..... not a way that I want to remembered these actors as they are almost out the door .... they deserved a better send off.

I have mixed feelings about this...I don't like this story line either.
In a way I think it dishonor's the two of them, at the same time, They are both great actors, and being classic Adam and Billy..

I actually thought the actors and writers stayed true to the characters! Billy has always been an impulsive person and prone to self destructive behaviour and Adam has always been an interesting mix of self loathing yet arrogant at the same time.
The last few scenes were vintage Billy and Adam- Billy finds out Adam is the one who killed Delia yet instead of thinking logically by calling the police he foolishly grabs a gun and kidnaps Adam in hopes of getting his brand of justice. Adam was a mix of guilt and self serving, he showed remorse for accidentally killing Delia and fleeing the scene but even when he was at gun point he was still trying to weasel his way out by claming he was going to turn himself in when really he had no intentions of doing so he was only saying that to get Billy to let him go, if Billy did let him go Adam would get Chelsea himself and Connor on the 1st flight to Paris and not look back.
The only part that disgusted me was Victor- Here he is knowing that he knew Adam killed Delia and that he blackmailed Adam with that info to get to his grand-son, now all of a sudden he is faking being concerned about Billy, Victoria and even Chelsea... well I'm not buying it. If Victor really cared about doing right by these people he would have came forward to the police with his info, hell even if he didn't do that at least he could have gone to Adam to implore him to turn himself in to the cops but nope Victor had no qualms using a little girls death to get what he wants. Now because of his sick games he has set a deadly chain of events in motion, and when the dust settles I gurantee you he will find ways to blame others and not himself.

I won't watch, it makes me feel sick. I hate what they've done to Billy. And MM deserved better, I think they planned to fire him long ago and just didn't tell him until three days before he had to do this scene.
I hope he can get work somewhere else like on GH, really he deserves prime time. I hate the way CBS and Sony have treated MM and his family, knowing what he's given to the role. Did what they could to destroy him to save their own backs.

Yes the storyline is pathetic. But the actors are doing a great job for what they have to work with. I will be so sorry they are both leaving.

How is what they're doing a dishonor to them? They both know at the time they filmed scenes that they were leaving the show. Just exactly how do you think they should've left? Both of them are doing an AWESOME job in these final days.

Yes in a way, they are good actors and it is sad they they have to leave whatever the reason it may be. Just too many speculations about these two guys. Wish they could stay...

Why would be a dishonor? It's acting, great acting if I do say so myself and I think it's realistic. Billy has had Adam out in the cold for quite sometime now. It's Wisconsin and they easily have below zero temperatures on the regular. I think you start to get alittle dillusional too if you were being held at gun point in the freezing cold. So I don't understand how the answerer above me is complaining about how it's not a good enough send off? Get real. This is as good of acting as it's gets on this show right now
