Why is Sherman a thug for calling out, without profanity, another football player but that NY Congressman who?

Sherman had been dismissed by the 49ers as over rated in the weeks before the game, and Crabtree was a lead trash talker. Then, after he made the big play, Sherman was treated to a foul by Crabtree when he went over to shake hands.

I would say his anger was justified and expressed without profanity. What's the fuss? In a year when several NFL players have been arrested for murders and robberies I think that too much is being made of a man who expressed anger without violence.

That being said, I will confess to being a Seahawks fan. I went to games when Jim Zorn was the quarterback and Steve Largent was his target. My objectivity can be challenged.

That being said, Rep. Grimm committed assault and uttered threats on camera. He should be charged. In recognition of his military service we might excuse him on the grounds of PTSD, but that certainly disqualifies him from the House.
