He's not going to get deported. I have heard at least 3 news reports on his circumstance this week. It is true that because there is a petition to have him deported with over 100,000 signatures on it that the president is legally obligated to address it, he won't do so until he has time and it is a priority. He has far more pressing issues to deal with. Not only that, but the crime has to be a threat to the country to warrant deportation and a DUI does not qualify.
