For me:
Didn't = Di'unt
Grandpa = Grampa
Loser = Loozer
Water = Wa'ur
And = An'
Ser is always zer
n't is always 'unt
nd is always an'
ter is always ur
There's probably more too. Augh!

the T in Let me = Lemme
I'm from Texas so we say "Fixin" and leave off the G
the T in What = Whuuu
The I in Oil = OL
There's a TON I'm sure but those are the ones off the top of my head.
