Samsung Galaxy s4 sync issues!!?

I have a Samsung Galaxy s4 that was originally on Verizon. However, after some contract disputes I elected to switch to Cricket wireless. The problem is that when they "flashed" my device I could no longer sync my Samsung Galaxy s4 with my Windows 7 computer. Now, at least my computer detects the device, however, the phone registers as a modem under "devices and printers". Does anyone know how to fix this and do I possibly need to install a different driver besides going to a Cricket wireless store that is not in my area at the moment as I'm currently traveling.
