Benefits for signing people up for Hilton Honors?

I work for a Hampton Inn and when we sign people up for HHonors we have to put in our ID so we can sign them up. I know they must be keeping a record of it otherwise they wouldnt need the ID.

My question is: Is there any benefit at all for me to sign people up for Honors? I know other hotel chains like Best Western give gift cards to employees who sign up a certain number of people. Does Hilton have anything like that?

    Ask your manager, if the answer is no, suggest that it is your opinion that an incentive for front office agents would increase sign ups.
