Why didn't my forgotten cookies didn't cook overnight?
I made forgotten cookies, I turned the oven on to 350 and then I turned it off and put the cookies overnight. This morning when I woke up they were still a little bit raw on the inside what can I do so they don't go to waste? Can I put them in the oven for a little longer? Thanks!

Meringue is finicky. It might have been a very moist day (it was it was in my area)
Were they sticky or raw? If it's sticky turn the oven on the lowest temperature you can and let them dry out some more. Check on them after about half an hour.
If they were raw you are best to throw them out and start over, maybe try a different recipe or wait for a better day to try again :)

How long did you leave the oven on at 350 degrees for?
the oven has to be hot when you put the cookies in there. You cannot just turn it on, place the cookies in the oven and turn it off.
It needs to be preheated.

They didn't cook because if you turn an oven off it doesn't stay hot enough. Maybe some ovens do; mine wouldn't. Sure, I suppose you could cook them a little longer.
