so i was wondering, if i get plus, will plus be beneficial too all accounts on the PlayStation? like when i down load a game on the profile with plus, will the game be playable on all profiles? and if it does, then do i have to make plus to be on the main profile or will it work on any profile on the PlayStation?

Yes, all the accounts that use that PS3 will have access to the games. The games are bound to your PS3, you can bind them to up to 2 PS3's. You can play the game on an account that doesn't have ps+, just as long as that game is linked to the ps3 through one account that does have ps+
