Actually its too late for Eminem to retire. Eminem now sucks compared to Eminem back then. Theres only so much one rapper can rap about and he has past his limit that why you see him in more collaboration songs than solos. So the right time for him to retire from the rap game is next time he releases really big solo hits.

Yes he needs to retire. Relapse/Refill was the last we needed to hear from Em. Some dont like that album, they criticized the voice and accent used often on songs, but many were still fans and I also believe it was pretty solid.
